These terms describe how Wellness Trips provides international medical coordination services and govern your use of this website.

1. Scope

Wellness Trips coordinates international patient journeys with hospitals, clinics, specialists, insurers and assistance firms. We are not a healthcare provider. Clinical decisions and treatments are the responsibility of the licensed healthcare institutions that deliver care.

2. Engagement

Engagements are per-case unless a separate framework agreement is signed. Signed agreements take precedence over these website terms.

3. Liability

Our liability is limited to coordination services. We are not liable for clinical outcomes, third-party hospital decisions, or events outside our operational control.

4. Data protection

Personal data is processed per our privacy policy, in line with GDPR and KVKK.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are resolved through good-faith negotiation; failing that, the competent Turkish courts have jurisdiction.

6. Updates

We may update these terms. Continued use of the website after publication constitutes acceptance.
